1970s dress. Top fabric is 100% polyester t-shirt knit. Short sleeves. The skirt is a 65% polyester 35% cotton khaki woven fabric. Elastic waist but it is pretty stretched out. Braided fabric belt is the same fabric as the bodice. Skirt has working buttons down the front. Label reads, “Toni Todd, size 16.” There is also a ILGWU label. Freshly laundered. Very good condition because of the elastic. Measurements: Shoulders = 15″ Bust = 38″ Waist = 34″ Hips = 52″ Sleeve = 6″ Length from top of shoulder to waist = 16″ Length from waist to hem = 25″ Circumference = 54″ All measurements are taken with the garment flat, doubled for the bust (chest), waist, hips, & circumference.
