Semi-sheer brown silk fabric with light brown silk ribbon & woven embroidery thread detail at top of shoulders & cap sleeves & in tiers of skirt. Topped off with silk ribbon rosette at neckline. Hook & eye closure at side. Dress is in very good vintage condition, especially for its age. There is some wear & light fraying at ribbon edging on neckline & a small hole near the hook & eye closures at side (see last pictures). When laid flat, dress measures 21″ across at bust (up to 42″ Bust), 17″ across at waist (up to 34″ Waist), 23″ across at hip (up to 46″ Hip), & is about 43″ long from shoulder to bottom hem.
