80s nouveau riche chic ecru-cream elastic cinch belt with a gold-tone cabochon-esque oval buckle, with a leather covered center. The belt has a hook clasp. There is a little puckering of the elastic in a couple places on the edge of the belt, but otherwise it’s in great condition.
